Roles and Responsibility:
  • Operations and technical support to Institutions as well as Retail clients
  • Handle customer support inquiries via inbound calls, live chat and emails.
  • Ascertain the importance of support inquiries and manage non-critical support requirements by performing root cause analysis.
  • Should be able to understand product features and provide quick resolution to feature related inquiries.
  • Take ownership rights – customer support calls to closure. Every customer interaction should be taken to closure with utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Update CRM and LMS systems, maintain call records
  • Constantly identify product gaps from customer discussions and help create product roadmap.
General Competence :
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales and customer service
  • Must have sales orientation and be proactive in helping customers and getting sales
  • Should be quick to understand capital markets and option trading. Should be willing to take NCFM examinations
  • Able to collaborate effectively across team
  • Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
